How do I make a booking?


“Quite simply give us a call on 01656 857793 or alternatively send us an email here with your contact details and we will ring you back at a time that suits you.”


What Information do you need?

“We will require your dates of travel, pick up and drop off points and your flight details”


How do I pay?

“We request a deposit of £50 to secure each booking - payable by cheque and the remaining balance is payable on or before the day of travel.  Once we have received your deposit we will send an invoice to you  which will detail your journey information and show your deposit payment.  If you would like your invoice e-mailed to you please let us know.”


What type of Vehicle will I be travelling in?

“We operate Mercedes E- Class cars, Mercedes Vito and Viano minibuses.  For groups of 3 passengers and under we would generally provide one of our cars and for groups with 4 or more passengers the mercedes minibuses would be provided.  Please note all vehicles are subject to availability.”

Is there enough room for our luggage?


“Yes our Mercedes cars have ample space for luggage and our VW vehicles are long wheel base versions with a large boot space, your comfort is never compromised.  Please advise us if you are travelling with large amounts of luggage.  You can view our vehicles here.



Where do we meet our driver?

“The driver will make it clear when dropping you off where you will be met on your return - this is generally outside your departing / arrival terminal.  On request we can meet you within the airport terminal at the arrival lounge and assist you with your luggage.  An additional charge is applicable for this service.



Can we have a comfort break during the journey?

“Yes of course, we appreciate that some journeys can be lengthy and a comfort break can ease the journey, just request this with the driver on the day of travel and they will arrange a break at a location to best suit you.”

What happens if our return flight is delayed?


“When booking we ask for your return flight details, this enables us to check the live flight status on your flight, all of our drivers also have mobile Internet facilities to check your flight. Rest assured that there will be a driver waiting for you at the airport and that we appreciate that on occasions flights are delayed and this is beyond your control.
